Letter from a Clergyman.

"This is after having taken five services to-day!" writes a cleric of Lancaster, who, nothing daunted, covers two sheets to the following effect:—

When I was a curate in Huddersfield, I visited a parishioner who told me that the stone train at Berry Brow was carved by her grandfather whilst working on one of the tunnels that adjoin the station.

Which is a slightly different version of the origin of the stone train from the one I gave last week. Ah, well, I expect we'll get on the track of the stone train eventually.
