Wood Bottom Tannery, Honley

Wood Bottom Tannery was situated below Honley Old Wood.

History

The tannery is marked 1854 Ordnance Survey map but does not appear on the 1894 map. It was situated in the same area as the Royal Oak beer house, known locally as Wood Bottom.
