Son of Amos and Eliza Brook of Dale Street, Longwood, Huddersfield; husband of Caroline Brook, 262 Longwood Road, Longwood. Died in Germany, 2.3.1920, aged 36. Buried in COLOGNE SOUTHERN CEMETERY, GERMANY. Grave location:- Plot 6, Row C, Grave 6.
