Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922

The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:

MOORHOUSE, WILFRED. Private. No 307874. 1st Battalion Lancashire Fusiliers. Formerly No 55716 Liverpool Regiment. Born Holmfirth. Son of the late Joe Moorhouse of Cinderhills, Holmfirth. Prior to enlistment was in business in Liverpool. Single. Died of wounds at No 3 General Hospital, Le Treport, on 3.7.1917, aged 26 years. Buried MONT HUON MILITARY CEMETERY. Grave location:- Plot 4, Row A, Grave 6b.
