The Flood Came and Took Them All Away: A Sermon on the Holmfirth Flood (also titled The Holmfirth Flood) was written by the Rev. Joshua Fawcett, Incumbent of Wibsey Chapel in Bradford, and published in 1852.

The book comprises the text of a sermon preached by the Rev. Fawcett on Sunday 8 February 1852, along with a substantial appendix containing detailed information about the Holmfirth Flood of 1852.
