Sarah Ann Lumb (1840-1854)

Sarah Ann Lumb was a Marsden teenager killed when she accidentally fell into the River Colne on the evening of Thursday 14 December 1854.

After her relatives consulted local teenage clairvoyant Miss Challand, Sarah Ann's body was recovered from the river at Mirfield.
