- HOOPER, RONALD M. Lieutenant. 3rd Field Survey Company, Royal Garrison Artillery. Born Dumbarton 4.3.1878. Son of the Rev. J. H. Hooper, who was a Wesleyan Minister in the Buxton Road circuit, stationed at Lockwood. Educated Kingswood School, Bath. Employed as a college teacher at Bushey Park, London. Single. Enlisted January 1916. Killed in action, 21.3.1918, aged 40 years. Buried LEBUCQUIERE COMMUNAL CEMETERY EXTENSION. Grave location:- Plot 2, Row A, Grave 24.
