Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922

The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:

GRIMES, ROBERT. Private. No G/17283. 11th Battalion Royal Sussex Regiment. Born Horsham. Son of Albert and Sarah Ann Grimes of Whitley Hall, Lepton.[1] Employed by Messrs Kilner Brothers, woollen manufacturers, of Lepton. Reported wounded and missing, 25.4.1918, aged 19 years. Buried HOOGSTADE BELGIAN MILITARY CEMETERY. Grave No 947.
ROH:- Lepton Parish Church; St. John's Church, Kirkheaton.
