Reginald Bellarby (1896-1916)

The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:
- BELLARBY, REGINALD. Private. No 28834. 13th Battalion The Yorkshire Regiment. Born 26.1.1896. Son of Mr and Mrs Tom Bellarby, 42 Prospect Street, Huddersfield. Educated at Lindley Church School. Employed by Messrs Alfred Crowther (Huddersfield Limited), plumbers merchants. Enlisted January, 1916, and had been in France for three months. Killed in action, 2.11.1916, aged 20 years. Has no known grave.
- ROH:- St. Thomas's Church, Longroyd Bridge.
