Ramsden Street Chapel Mutual Improvement Society (Huddersfield)
The Ramsden Street Chapel Mutual Improvement Society was formed in 1867 by a "number of young men connected with the Ramsden Street Sunday School".
The inaugural lecture — "Where there's a will, there's a way" — was given by the Rev. R. Skinner on the evening of 25 October 1867.[1]
The society was still in existence in October 1888.[2]
The similarly named Ramsden Street Mutual Improvement Society was formed in 1850.[3]
