HUDDERSFIELD AND MANCHESTER RAILWAY AND CANAL.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That it is the intention of the Directors of the Huddersfield and Manchester Railway and Canal Company to proceed forthwith to declare forfeited, according to the provisions of the Companies Clauses Consolidation Act, 1845, all Shares in respect of which the Call of £3 per share, made on the 19th of January, 1846, is yet unpaid, unless such Call be immediately paid.
