Collisions.

At Huddersfield, on Monday, a London and North Western passenger train from Liverpool to Leeds was run into behind by a Lancashire and Yorkshire passenger train from Huddersfield to Bradford. The former train had just begun to move after having been stopped by a signal. About thirteen passengers were injured and a guards van and several carriages of the North Western train were damaged. There was a thick fog at the time. As the permanent way was damaged, traffic was delayed for a time.
