- SPIVEY, PERCY. Driver. No L/28164. 'D' Battery, 89th Brigade, Royal Field Artillery. Lived Huddersfield. Killed in action, 4.1.1918. Buried ROCQUIGNY-EQUANCOURT ROAD BRITISH CEMETERY. Grave location:- Plot 9, Row D, Grave 7.
- ROH:- St. Andrew's Church, Leeds Road, Huddersfield.
- Brother of Private WALTER SPIVEY killed in action, 31.7.1918, and half brother of Private LAWRENCE POLLARD died of wounds, 27.8.1918.
