HOLT HEAD. Slaithwaite. Oak Farmhouse and barn. Late C18 to early C19. House rendered. Barn rubble. Pitched stone slate roof. Two storeys. South East elevation: Ground floor; Later porch. One 5-light stone mullioned window (one mullion removed). altered window opening. First floor: Two single light windows. One 3-light stone mullioned window. One 5-light stone mullioned window. North West elevation has lean-to extensions. Barn: South East elevation: Large doorway with semi-circular arched head (part blocked). Small vent above doorway. Small doorway with stone surround and tie-stones. North West elevation: Two entrances with stone surrounds.
