Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922

The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:

TAYLOR, NORMAN. Private. No 241546. 2/5th Battalion Duke of Wellington's Regiment. Lived with his Uncle and Aunt, Mr and Mrs George Roebuck, 68 Parkgate, Berry Brow. Employed as a cleaner in the Huddersfield Corporation Tramsheds. Embarked for France in January, 1917. Killed in action, 11.6.1917, aged 23 years. Buried FLESQUIERES HILL BRITISH CEMETERY. Gravelocation:- Plot 4, Row D, Grave 7.
