Manchester Street, Huddersfield

Manchester Street is a former street in Huddersfield which was lost during the construction of the Ring Road and the redevelopment of the south-west part of the town.

The street connected Outcote Bank to Market Street, and ran at a different angle to the streets on either side — Upper Head Row and Buxton Road.

Granby Street, Macaulay Street, Threadneedle Street and Dundas Street provided links between Manchester Street and Upper Head Row, whilst John Street and High Street connected it to Buxton Road and New Street.
