NEW HEY ROAD (South Side). Marsh Liberal Club. Mid C19. Ashlar. Hipped stone slate roof. Two storeys. Moulded eaves cornice. Blocking course. Rusticated angle pilasters. Three sashes in shouldered moulded surrounds on first floor. Centre bay breaks forward slightly and has pediment-shaped blocking course with sculpted wreath. Two canted ground floor bays with Tuscan piers, entablature and blocking course. Door with 4 moulded panels and oblong fanlight in Tuscan porch with entablature plus pediment-shaped blocking course.
