- BROADHEAD, JOHN ELLIS. Gunner. No 117358. 394th Siege Battery Royal Garrison Artillery. Born Huddersfield. Son of George and Elizabeth Ann Broadhead of Denby; husband of Ellen Ann Broadhead. Died of malaria in Palestine, 13.10.1918, aged 42 years. Buried in RAMLEH WAR CEMETERY, PALESTINE. Grave location:- Plot Z, Grave 56.
