Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922

The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:

DUNN, JOHN. Private. No 15545. 10th Battalion The Yorkshire Regiment. Lived Jackson Bridge, Holmfirth. Served with the Briitsh Expeditionary Force. Was at the Retreat from Mons and the Battle of Loos. Discharged in February, 1916, with gas poisoning, from which he died at home, 1.10.1916, aged 40 years. Buried CHRIST CHURCH CHURCHYARD EXTENSION, NEW MILL. Grave location:- G, 387.
