Husband of Charlotte Ann Varley, Oliver Lane, Marsden. Died at home of pneumonia on 6.5.1919, aged 26 years. Buried St. BARTHOLOMEW'S CHURCHYARD, MARSDEN. Grave location:- SW, 32, 1.
ROH:- Huddersfield Drill Hall; Marsden War Memorial.
Brother of Lance Sergeant JOE VARLEY killed in action, 20.9.1915.
