- WHITELEY, JAMES EDWARD. Private. No 20382. 1/4th Battalion Duke of Wellington's Regiment. Born Honley, Huddersfield. Son of the late William and Lydia Whiteley, Miner's Square, Netherton, Huddersfield. Killed in action, 10.4.1918 aged 28 years. Has no known grave. Commemorated TYNE COT MEMORIAL TO THE MISSING.
