The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:

LUNN, JAMES ARTHUR. Lance Corporal. No 235233. 2nd Battalion Duke of Wellington's Regiment. Adopted son of Mrs N. M. Hirst, Mill Moor, Meltham. Employed as a chauffeur by Doctor Gellataly, of Meltham. Died of wounds at No 8 Casualty Clearing Station, 3.5.1917, aged 25 years. Buried DUISANS BRITISH CEMETERY. Grave location:- Plot 4, Row B, Grave 14.
ROH:- St. Bartholomew's Church, Meltham.
