Jack Broadbent (1894-1915)

The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:

BROADBENT, JACK. Private. No 3908. 1st Battalion Northumberland Fusiliers. Born Honley Wood Bottom 6.9.1894. Son of Mr J. Broadbent, 210 Leeds Road, Huddersfield. Educated at St. Andrew's Church School. Employed as a minder. Killed in action 16.6.1915. Has no known grave. Commemorated on the MENIN GATE MEMORIAL TO THE MISSING.
