Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922

The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:

HILL, IRVIN. Private. No 31725. 8th Battalion North Staffordshire Regiment. Born Kirkburton. Son of Isaac and Mary Hill of Hallas, Kirkburton. Prior to enlistment, was employed by Mr Giessler, manufacturer, of Kirkburton. Died of wounds at No 44 Casualty Clearing Station, 30.4.1918, aged 20 years. Buried ARNEKE BRITISH CEMETERY. Grave location:- Plot 2, Row D, Grave 1.
ROH:- All Hallows Parish Church, Kirkburton.
