DIGLEY, NEAR HOLMFIRTH

PRELIMINARY ANNOUNCEMENT.

A Valuable MILL SITE, with a Dwelling-house and other buildings, and several valuable closes of Land, situate at and near to Digley, Digley Royd, and Roods, in Austonley and Holme, near Holmfirth, formerly the property of the late Mr. George Hirst, will be offered for SALE BY AUCTION, by Messrs. GEO. TINKER and SON, in the month of January next.
