Proposed Charter of Incorporation for Huddersfield.
At a special meeting of the Improvement Commissioners, convened for Wednesday next, three exceedingly important subjects will be brought under consideration. The meeting has been called "to take into consideration the Licensing Bill and the Labouring Classes Dwellings Bill now before Parliament, led to to adopt such course in reference thereto by Petitions to Parliament or otherwise as may be advisable; and also to consider the of a Charter of Incorporation for Huddersfield, and to adopt such proceedings in reference thereto as may be deemed advisable."
