Lectures on Astronomy.

John Robinson, Esq., of Honley, delivered his sixth and concluding lecture for this season, on the above science, to the members and friends of the Netherton Mechanics' Institution, on Monday evening last. This lecture embraced the phenomena and relations of the Asteroids of Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and the recently discovered planet Neptune The entire series have been well attended, and at the conclusion an unanimous vote of thanks was carried to Mr. Robinson, on the motion of the Rev. George Hough, incumbent of Crosland Church, and president of the institution.
