History of the Vegetation of the Southern Pennines: The Huddersfield District was the fifth in the series of Tolson Museum handbooks and was published in 1931. It was written by local academic T.W. Woodhead.

The text was primarily reprinted from an article by the author which was previously published in the Journal of Ecology in February 1929.
