Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922

The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:

JACKSON, HERBERT NORTON. Private. No 241594. 'B' Company, 2/5th Battalion Duke of Wellington's Regiment. Born Denby. Son of Allen and Martha Ann Jackson, Richmond Terrace, Denby. Reported missing at the Battle of Bullecourt, 3.5.1917, aged 24 years. Has no known grave. Commemorated ARRAS MEMORIAL TO THE MISSING.
ROH:- Huddersfield Drill Hall; Denby Dale and Cumberworth War Memorial.
Brother of Private EDWIN JACKSON, killed in action, 28.4.1917.
