The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:
- WILKINSON, HARRY. Private. No 45920. 12/13th Battalion Northumberland Fusiliers. Born Wibsey, Bradford. Married. Lived 36 Luck Lane, Marsh, Huddersfield. Employed as a hairdresser by Mr Barlow, Lion Arcade, Huddersfield. After enlisting he was engaged as a Company barber in his Regiment. Reported missing, presumed killed, on 4.10.1917. Has no known grave. Commemorated TYNE COT MEMORIAL TO THE MISSING.
