Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922

The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:

SMITH, HARRY. Private. No 260075. 1st Battalion South Wales Borderers Regiment. Born Shelley. Son of Mr Joe Smith, Bank End, Shelley. Married, with two children. Died of wounds, 19.10.1918, aged 29 years. Buried VADENCOURT BRITISH CEMETERY. Grave location:- Plot 2, Row C, Grave 8.
ROH:- Emmanuel Church, Shelley.
Brother of Private NORMAN SMITH killed in action, 5.6.1917.
