Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922

The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:

HEATON, HARRY. Private. No 90810. 75th Company Machine Gun Corps. Formerly No DM2/209998 Army Service Corps. Born Manchester. Married. Lived 38 Arnold Street, Birkby. Was a partner in a local firm of tobacconists. Enlisted Huddersfield. Reported missing, 5.8.1917, and afterwards presumed to have been killed on that date. Has no known grave. Commemorated MENIN GATE MEMORIAL TO THE MISSING.
