Harry Bradshaw (c.1890-1918)

Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922

The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:

BRADSHAW, HARRY. Corporal. No 32846. 1st Battalion Lincolnshire Regiment. Born 31 Chapel Street, Berry Brow, Huddersfield. Son of Joseph and Mary Hannah Bradshaw, 50 Chapel Street, Berry Brow. Educated at Berry Brow Council School. Employed as a power loom tuner at Messrs John Brook and Sons, Armitage Bridge Mills. Was a member of Holmfirth Harriers and the Lockwood Cricket Club. Single. Enlisted 29.4.1916. Wounded three times. Killed in action, 21.8.1918, aged 28 years. Buried QUEENS CEMETERY, BUCQUOY. Grave location:- Plot 2, Row H, Grave 11.
