The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:
- JEPSON, HAROLD WILKINSON. Private. No TR5/61940. 30th Battalion Northumberland Fusiliers. Formerly 85th Training Reserve Battalion. Born Kirkburton. Son of Jane Jepson, of Garden View, Upper Cumberworth, and the late James Jepson. Died at Hull City Hospital whilst in training on 26.3.1917, aged 20 years. Buried ALL HALLOWS CHURCHYARD, KIRKBURTON. Grave location:- 24, 1821.
