Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922

The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:

SHARP, FRIEND. Private. No 33936. 1/6th Battalion Duke of Wellington's Regiment. Born Colne Bridge, Huddersfield. Second son of the late Mr and Mrs Joe Sharpe. Employed by Messrs John Lee Walker and Sons, Deighton. Enlisted 4.8.1917. Died of wounds, 13.10.1918, aged 19 years. Buried BUCQUOY ROAD CEMETERY. Grave location:- Plot 3, Row G, Grave 20.
ROH:- St. Thomas's Church, Bradley.
