The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:

HUNT, FREDERICK. Private. No 10425. 2nd Battalion Duke of Wellington's Regiment. Born Huddersfield. Son of John and Anne Hunt. Wounded at Mons in August, 1914. Died at home, 5.1.1917, aged 25 years. Buried EDGERTON CEMETERY, HUDDERSFIELD. Grave location:- 11B, 125.
ROH:- St. Paul's Church, Southgate, Huddersfield.
