HAIGH, FRED. Gunner. No 158873. 'A' Battery, 255th Brigade Royal Field Artillery. Born Golcar. Second son of Mr and Mrs George Haigh, 3 Junction House, Slades Road, Golcar. Employed by Mr Henry Garside, farmer, of Golcar. Attended Westwood Mission Church. Killed in action, 3.8.1917. Buried ARTILLERY WOOD CEMETERY, BOESINGHE, BELGIUM. Grave location:- Plot 3, Row A, Grave 20.

Brother of Private GEORGE HAIGH killed in action, 7.8.1917.
