Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922

The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:

CHARLESWORTH, FRED. Rifleman. No 260050. 1st Battalion Monmouthshire Regiment. Born Kirkburton. Son of John and Martha Charlesworth of Dene Road, Kirkheaton. Husband of Amy Hilda Charlesworth of Back Lane, Shelley. Employed as a painter by Messrs J. and W. Lodge of Kirkburton. Killed in action, 10.11.1917, aged 39 years. Has no known grave. Commemorated on the LOOS MEMORIAL TO THE MISSING.
