Frank Levell (c.1900-1918)

Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922

The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:

LEVELL, FRANK. Ordinary Seaman. Tyneside Z/13068. R.N.R. R.N. Depot (Crystal Palace). Born Slaithwaite. Son of John and Alice Levell, 62 Varley Road, Slaithwaite. Employed as a millwright's assistant by Mr Edgar Proctor. Enlisted in the Navy in July, 1918. Died of natural causes at Croydon Hospital on 16.10.1918, aged 18 years. Buried SLAITHWAITE CEMETERY. Grave location:- B, 4, 44.
