A beerhouse which was the meeting place of the William and Mary Court of the Royal Ancient Order of Foresters. At the Brewster Sessions of 1868, the beerhouse keeper was named as Nancy Senior.

The following description was given at the Brewster Sessions of 1869:

Three rooms and a bar on the ground floor; three spacious bedrooms; and a large lodgeroom, 14½ yards long and 9½ yards wide, capable of dining 180 persons at one time.
