BIRKS LANE (East Side). Almondbury. Fenny Grange Farmhouse. C18 or early C19. Hammer dressed stone. Hipped stone slate roof. Two storeys. Two ranges of tripartite sashes with glazing bars. One range of modern windows. Wall extending east side northwards ramped upwards twice at north end: two doors with arched heads and plain imposts. Various sashes with glazing bars on farmyard side. Long barn extension to west, with tall round-arched barn entrances on north and south sides. Two storeys. Cowshed and hayloft extension on south side of west end. Various openings, including one for pigeons in loft, with semi-circular sill. Modern cottage extension to south of east end not included.
