Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922

The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:

MOORHOUSE, ERNEST. Driver. Royal Field Artillery. Born 113 Swan Lane, Lockwood. Son of Allen and Mary Ann Moorhouse, 113 Swan Lane, Lockwood. Educated Mount Pleasant Board School. Employed as a tailor's cutter. Single. Enlisted 20.12.1915. Invalided home on 19.5.1917. Died from nephritis, at home, on 5.9.1919, aged 24 years. Buried LOCKWOOD CEMETERY.
