- EXLEY, ERNEST. Private. No 31702. 'A' Company, 13th Battalion York and Lancaster Regiment. Formerly No 5556 Duke of Wellington's Regiment. Born Scissett. Son of Samuel and Mary Exley, of Water Street, Scissett. Died of wounds at No 2 Casualty Clearing Station, 15.5.1918, aged 30 years. Buried EBBLINGHEM MILITARY CEMETERY. Grave location:- Plot 2, Row B, Grave 18.
