Emma Field (c.1841-1890)

There's not much to see here at the moment but we hope to add more details about this topic at a later date :-)

Together with her brother, John Henry Field, Emma Field was the first tenant of the Castle Refreshment Rooms in Beaumont Park

Emma Field died suddenly at around 8:10pm on 8 January 1890 of a suspected heart attack. Whilst walking past Milton Church in Huddersfield, she complained of feeling ill and collapsed. Her companion, Luther Day, helped her into the church porch where she died a few minutes later.[1] Her probate record listed effects to the value of £205 18s. 8d.
