Edwin Heap (c.1891?-1918)

- HEAP, EDWIN. Private. No DM2/171335. Army Service Corps, attached 196th Siege Battery Ammunition Column. Born Ripponden near Halifax. Lived Bank View, Blackmoorfoot, Linthwaite. Died at No 36 Casualty Clearing Station, 24.1.1918. Buried BANDAGHEM MILITARY CEMETERY. Grave location:- Plot 1, Row C, Grave 4.
- ROH:- St. Bartholomew's Church, Meltham; Christ Church, Helme.
- Brother of Private WALKER HEAP killed in action, 9.10.1917.
