Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922

The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:

KAYE, EDGAR. Private. No 5068. 1/4th Battalion Northumberland Fusiliers. Born Kirkheaton. Son of Mr and Mrs Sidney Kaye, Spring Gate, Kirkburton. Employed by Messrs Learoyd Brothers. Killed in the trenches near Butte de Warlencourt, 28.10.1916, aged 37 years. Has no known grave. Commemorated THIEPVAL MEMORIAL TO THE MISSING.
ROH:- All Hallows Parish Church, Kirkburton; Learoyd Brothers.
