- EWART, CHARLES FREDERICK. Private. No 45033. 2nd Battalion York and Lancaster Regiment. Born Huddersfield. Married. Lived 41 Blackhouse Road, Fartown. Employed by Messrs D. Broadbent and Sons Limited, Central Ironworks, as a motor driver. Reported missing, presumed killed, 21.3.1918. Has no known grave. Commemorated ARRAS MEMORIAL TO THE MISSING.
