BENTLEY, CHARLES EDWARD. Lance Corporal. No 4107. 2/5th Battalion Duke of Wellington's Regiment. Husband of Alice Maria Bentley, 54 Fleming House Lane, Dalton, Huddersfield. Regimental Postman. Found drowned in the flood dykes at Mansfield Woodhouse near Clipstone Camp, 30.1.1916, aged 41 years. Buried KIRKHEATON CEMETERY. Grave location:- 'C', 450.
