Brewster Sessions of 1911

There's not much to see here at the moment but we hope to add more details about this topic at a later date :-)

The Brewster Sessions were the "annual meetings of licensing justices to deal with the grant, renewal, and transfer of licences to sell intoxicating liquor".

The following report is based on newspaper coverage of the sessions for the borough.

Upper Agbrigg Division Sessions

The adjourned session was held on 7 March 1911.

The following premises were referred to the Compensation Authority and did not have their licenses renewed:

It was also reported that the Old Red Lion at Marsden was "to be structurally altered".
