On Tuesday evening, a lecture was delivered to the Young Men's Mental Improvement Society, in the British School-room, Out-coat Bank, by Edward Baines, Jun. Esq., "On the Spirit of the Student, and the necessity of combining Amusement with Instruction in Mechanics' Institutions."
